| We strive to make our red wines reflect the wonderful color and natural flavors of our superior cool-climate Northwest fruit. We pick our grapes at their peak of flavor, crush them immediately and ferment up to 6 weeks on the skins. We use little, if any, oak in order to preserve the flavor of the fruit. Many of our wines are available in either bottle or 3 Liter bag-in-box, BIBB, packaging. |
