At Skin Authority it is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all of our products. After giving sufficient time for the products to work, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a refund, credit to your credit card, or exchange. Please follow our reasonable guidelines for making a quick and easy return:
- Products must have been originally purchased directly from Skin Authority or in a Skin Authority Center for Excellence.
- Products purchased at Authorized Reseller locations must be returned directly to Reseller.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of original order date and be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in effort to constantly improve upon our level of service.
- A customer care representative will work with you to determine if you are using products correctly or if sufficient time has passed to see the desired results.
- We do not accept returns on products that are less than half full, unless fill volume is the result of product defect or damage during shipment.
- Individual items in kits cannot be exchanged or returned individually unless they are defective.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- To make an exchange please call our Customer Care at 1-866-325-SKIN option 4 prior to sending back your product(s). For all returns, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be given to you. THIS NUMBER MUST BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR A RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.
- For damaged items received, please DO NOT THROW AWAY. Call 1-866-325-SKIN option 4. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the representative will instruct you on what is to be done with the broken item(s).
