Orders May be placed, by telephone, fax, e-mail, or through this website.
A placed order is considered a service contract in which we agree to perform services such as: Manufacturing, Processing, Purchasing, Packaging, Sourcing etc.. Orders, once placed may not be elligable for cancellation after they have been confirmed. If a certain date must be met for shipment, it is the customers responsibility to inform us in writing. (We suggest including this information with your order) NOTE: Filling Orders may be two weeks to 30 days or more depending on availability or raw materals or services needed. |

| The most current prices available will be immediately posted to this website at the time they change. However, these prices are subject to stock on hand, and may change at any time. If your order lists the prices of the items, or we receive your order through this website, we will confirm any price changes with you before confirming your order. Prices on orders taken over the phone (or fax without listing prices) are subject to change without notice. |

| Returns and Credits

1.) All claims must be made within TEN (10) days of receipt of goods
2.) All returns must be approved Prior to return shipment. A Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) must be marked on the bill of lading or outside of box.
3.) Any Material received without a RMA# will be refused.
4.) No returns will be accepted after 30 days
5.) A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns resulting from reasons other than:
a) Shipping error
b) Defective product (Subject to our quality control evaluation)
6.) MOST OF OUR ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, MAKE SURE YOU REALLY WANT THEM. |
