This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. ("MILITARY SEARCH") provides investigational identity research and documentation (referred to in this Agreement as the "Service").
This Agreement is your contract for JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC., MILITARY SEARCH service.
1. GENERAL. JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. , with the assistance of certain vendors, ("Vendors") provides Service to you as a subscriber ("Subscriber" or "you") subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By making use of the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Terms"). Every time you use the Service, you agree to JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. terms.
You agree that by using and accessing the MILITARY SEARCH website located at www.militarysearch.org access service you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. CHANGES IN TERMS. JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. may change the Terms on not less than 10 days’ notice by electronic mail, posting on our website at www.militarysearch.org or by U.S. mail. Your use of the Service after the effective date of any change(s) in the Terms shall constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, such change(s).
3. BILLING AND CHARGES.
RATES. You can learn the current rates for Service and related fees by telephoning 1-888-524-7982 or by visiting our website at www.militarysearch.org. All accounts must be secured with either a personal or corporate credit card. First orders will be billed via Mastercard or Visa.
- All accounts authorized for "NET TERMS" are billed on the 20th of each month. Invoices will be due by the 1st day of the new month.
- If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact us in advance as we must set your account to be billed. Once your account has been set up for billing, please choose the correct indicator. *Please do not forget to enter your credit card Information before placing your first order.
4. BILLING DISPUTES. Unless you notify JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. of any error in billing within sixty (60) days after it first appears on your account statement, the statement will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. from all liabilities and claims resulting from any billing error that is not reported to POWER-NET within sixty (60) days after the date of the statement on which it appears.
5. PAYMENT. Checks for payment should be made payable to either JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. or MILITARY SEARCH. If for any reason JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. does not receive timely payment from you (or from the credit card issuer you designate if you elect to have JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. charge your credit card), you agree you will pay upon demand all amounts due to JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC.. Your credit card agreement with the issuer, and not this Agreement, governs your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.
If you pay by credit card, you expressly authorize JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. to charge the credit card account number associated with your account for any service charges that accrue from month to month. You reauthorize JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. to charge your designated credit card account each time you use the Internet access service. This authorization will remain valid until you terminate your authorization in writing.
You are responsible for all activities and charges associated with your account. If any unauthorized charges are made on or through your account, you are responsible for such charges until you notify JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. of a breach of security by calling JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. at 1-888-524-7982 to change your password.
6. LATE PAYMENT; NON-PAYMENT. If JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. does not receive the full amount you owe for Service and related fees by the start of the next billing cycle, JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. shall have the right to terminate your Service. If your JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC. service is terminated because of your failure to pay any past due amounts and you want to reactivate the service, you agree to pay a reactivation fee of $7.50.
You shall be liable for all costs of collecting any unpaid balance on your account(s) with JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC., including attorneys’ fees.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. By making a service request, you acknowledge that you have initiated and authorized our firm to conduct a Non-Refundable investigational search on your behalf.
JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC., reserves the right to provide "Truncated Social Security Numbers" in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act Public Law 106-102 SEC. 502. OBLIGATIONS <<NOTE: 15 USC 6802.>> WITH RESPECT TO DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
JUDGMENT DAY INFORMATION SERVICES INC., reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason without explaination.
